Was referred by my mother. She had previously gotten her BMW and Subaru from here and loved both. So i decided to come and get my car from here as well. I got a 2016 Nissan Sentra. I worked with Joe. It was very pleasant and informative. He was honest about any concerns i had. The process took about an hour. I was able to test drive the car with my mom.

Very efficient, polite & professional. Alan is who I spoke with throughout my entire transaction. They were very helpful in explaining all things I had questions about. I looked at/ test drove 3 vehicles. I chose this place because for the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase they had the best prices/ and fair prices compared to other dealers in my area. I especially appreciated how thorough they were in having readily available the verified CarFax report (vehicle history) and sincerely appreciate the time they took to ensure I understood and felt comfortable with my decision. I did have a pre-approval before shopping for a car, my process with Carolinas Auto Expo took less than ½ day for everything to be completed and my car to be parked at home. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because, thinking back it would've been very helpful for them to have initiated conversation about vehicle delivery options- I didn't want to wait hours at the business while all parties completed paperwork so I made a return trip to pickup my vehicle. A conversation about vehicle delivery options would've been most helpful. Overall I indeed would shop with them again!

Lahoud was very accommodating and very quick communicator. Even after we bought the car and something came up - he let us bring it in and they fixed the problem for us for free. Overall a great experience.
