I️ really enjoyed my experience purchasing my new car here. Alan and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I️ was able to take the car to a mechanic before I️ made a decision. The mechanic mentioned a few very minor issues, but Alan promised to attend to these concerns immediately before I️ brought the car home, which I️ really appreciated.

I had a great experience at Carolinas Auto Expo. The man who helped me was very understanding, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. He made the process feel comfortable and not stressful. I really liked the 2019 Audi Q7 the it’s a beautiful SUV with a smooth ride and great features. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vehicle. 🚗

As a buyer assuming you know how to inspect a used car before you buy it to eliminate any major issues after your purchase, buying a used car from a small lot can be beneficial, however if you don’t, it can lead you to a bad situation as these come with no warranty and small dealers don’t know the reliability of these cars, as they do not know the history or put much time or work into them, most of the time. Overall, a good experience as I’ve bought here twice, and so far the vehicles have worked out, but I DO INSPECT THE CAR IN ITS ENTIRETY, as well as bring an OBD2 code reader with me to check the status of the vehicle. Paper work was a fail the first time around as the title was never processed on time, we will see how long this second title takes to get processed. Alan the owner is fair to deal with.
